I would love to try out Grön, which offers a plant-based menu made with natural products from Nordic countries. Their 13-course season menu at €128 sounds particularly enticing. Plus, being voted Finland's Restaurant of the Year and holding the No.1 position in "50 Best Restaurants in Finland" in 2018 and 2019 is certainly a testament to their culinary excellence.
