Bakery. You can’t go far with a lame mare. Worked for a couple of months. Garbage, a lot of dirt, rotten cottage cheese for buns was especially impressive. There is no sensible manager (the old lady livestock specialist doesn’t count), there are no technologists, the equipment is old, broken, just rags. Heaps of scraps, working shifts of 16-20 hours. Clearly undermined nerves and health, judging by the employees and their numerous complaints, for the minimum payment in an envelope. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
