I'm a long-time customer, everything is great in the store, but today something disgusting happened. I decided to take the free minibus to the railway station, which departed at 14:00. At the entrance to the minibus, the driver rudely stopped me and demanded a receipt. While I was looking for an electronic receipt, he rudely told me that he would drop me off and that they were not allowed to chat. I asked him not to be harmful, to which he replied, “Haven’t you looked at yourself for a long time?” I found the receipt, showed it (I had 3 large bags of groceries, and a receipt from the restaurant, everything was a globe) he said that for the first time he forgives me!! In the minibus, other people were also outraged by his behavior, but he told them that they could rustle the bags at home, and not in his minibus!! I ask you to pay attention to such staff, not only does he look like a homeless person, but this is his business, so he behaves rudely. It spoils the impression of the store.
